DAWNRAZOR COACH - PLAN AND BINDING LIST
Here we go friends. Let me explain how our coaching idea will work, how much it will cost,
and what things are included and what is not included. Costs for hotels and gig-tickets
are of course NOT included in the price mentioned down below:
First day - Monday 27th decembre - Cologne gig:
Everyone comes to cologne on his own. We attent the gig, and attent probably the aftershow
party, and go back to the place everyone wants to stay. For those how need a hotel, at the
moment Ibis Hotel will be the first choice (but I will maybe get a better offer from coaching
company till tomorrow, so please do not book a hotel right now).
Second day - Tuesday 28th decembre - Wuerzburg gig:
Dawnrazor coach will pick us up at the dawnrazor hotel (t.b.a. see above) and drive us
from colgogne to wuerzburg. Coach: 4 stars, 40 seats (could be extented to 50, but
then the price will change a bit), air con, DVD and CD (FOTN stuff only), toilet, board
citchen and sleeping seats.
We will arrive at dawnrazor hotel in Wuerzburg (t.b.a see above) in the afternoon, have
some drinks and dinner, and will go with the dawnrazor coach to the venue about 6:00 pm.
No taxis or public transport will be needed. We will enjoy the gig and some aftershow party,
and will carried back by the dawnrazor coach to the dawnrazor hotel (maybe about
1:00 or 2:00 am t.b.a.). Again no taxis.
Third day - Wednesday 29th decembre - Berlin gig:
Dawnrazor coach will pick us up at the dawnrazor hotel (t.b.a. see above) and drive us
from wuerzburg to berlin. Same coach as above of course.
We will arrive at the dawnrazor hotel in Berlin (t.b.a. see above) in the afternoon, have
drinks and something to eat, and will be carried again with the dawnrazor coach to
the venue (6:00 pm). Again no taxis. We'll enjoy the gig, enjoy the aftershow party and
we will be carried again with the dawnrazor coach to the dawnrazor hotel in Berlin.
Of course, those who don't need a hotel in Berlin are free to leave us now.
Everyone will leave Berlin the next day (or whenever he wants) on his own.

That's the plan, and all those transport-costs mentioned above are included in the price
right here:
The coach costs are: 1.655,-- Euros
That means if only 30 of us take part: 55,20 Euros per each
if 40 of us take part: 41,40 Euros per each
if 50 of us take part: about 35,00 Euros (t.b.a. - could change a bit)
If you imagine, that the cheapest possible train ticket is about 29,00 Euros (it's doubtful
if you can get any), then you had to pay at least 58,00 Euros plus costs for taxies or
public transport. Dawnrazor coach is definite the cheapest and most cool way to go
to these three gigs.
And we'll have a best price guarantee for the whole transport, b.t.w.!
What happens if Fields of the nephilim will cancel the show, and we want to cancel the
coach. We had to pay a 15% penalty. Hope that will not happen of course.
How to get in the coach - attendence list, and how to pay and when?
I will book the coach tomorrow. I had to pay a 25% deposit in the next days, and will
receive an invoice and a confirmation from the coaching company (in english).
Everyone who puts his name on the list, will receive a pm from me with my paypal
account, or my bank details, and will be asked to pay 10,-- Euros right now, when
paying with paypal 10,50 Euros. The rest must be payed in octobre when we know
the exact price. Everyone will receive a copy of the invoice and confirmation from me
via email after payment of the deposit is made.
If the dawnrazor server will fcuk up to any reason, what I don't hope of course, we
will continue via myspace ("oldnephilim" in myspace as well).

into. Ibis was OK in warsaw, even if they don't have a 24 hour bar, but we have a coach.

up point with the coach and delivery point will be here:

PLEASE BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM ON YOUR OWNIf you take the cheaper price 49,-- Euros you can't cancel the reservation.
If you take 56,-- Euro price or 65,-- Euro you can cancel your reservation
at any time. Payment must be made at the hotel, NOT now.
The list you can sign in - see next post !!! But do only sign if if you are sure to attend.
But when the coach is full then it's full, don't wait to long. The same thing with the
tickets and hotels, when sold out then it's sold out!
