Last night I was listening to the Merciful Nuns album once again. Every time it sounds even better. I am so glad they are supporting the Nephilim!

I met Artaud Seth back in 1997 @ Pink Coconut/Derby (Carnival of Souls festival) where we had a discussion about the Nephilim and he told me that he was a great fan of Carl McCoy^^.

Well dear, the Carnival of Souls festival is not a big secret, is it? It's pretty well known since 1994 (I think). And all fans of G.O.D. are well aware of the band's appearance at the festival. So I guess, everyone did know. At least in this thread. No reason to excuse yourself though. Nice of you to share your personal experience with the rest of us. Especially since there has been an "anti-Artaud" feeling expressed by some people in this thread, as you might have noticed. I think it was pretty appropriate to point out - the obvious - that Artaud is a fan of the Nephilim.

My intentions were not to support G.O.D.! I just gave an innocent info to the rest but i guess Greek people get always offensive when they think that someone tries to share a thought. What is your problem anyway? Did i offense anyone here but telling that? I smell the absence of humor here... so sad... soooo sad....

I thought this forum was made to share our thoughts and experiences! If for some reason you feel like attacking that is your problem. I am so glad they are supporting the Nephilim!" so i don't think that everyone had an "anti-Artaud" feeling... and just for your info i am not a G.O.D. fan... i am a Nephilim fan... a very old one...

A lot of things were said about the Neph's great gig, but I think the Merciful Nuns deserve a praise as well. The band, on it's first ever live show, performed monumentally well! The sound was excellent, the sisters-like guitarwork was great, the huge videowall along with the lightshow created a unique mystical atmosphere and of course Artaud and co were brilliant on stage. The setlist was also fantastic, including a G.O.D. classic that swept us off our feet...Thanks Artaud!
